Arrival in Nairobi & Journey to the Legendary Masai Mara

Upon arrival in Nairobi, you will be warmly welcomed by our representative for a short briefing before departing for the world-famous Masai Mara National Reserve. Enjoy a scenic drive through the Great Rift Valley with a stop at the viewpoint for breath-taking photographs before continuing to the reserve. Arrive at your comfortable safari lodge or tented camp in time for lunch and relaxation. Later in the afternoon, head out for your first exciting game drive, where you'll have the opportunity to spot the Big Five and many other wildlife species. Return to the lodge for dinner and your overnight stay.

Full-Day Big Five Safari Adventure in Masai Mara

After an early breakfast, depart with packed picnic lunches for a full-day game drive across the vast plains of the Masai Mara. Search for lions, elephants, leopards, buffaloes, rhinos, cheetahs, giraffes, zebras, antelopes, and countless other animals in their natural habitat. If travelling between July and October, you may witness the spectacular Great Wildebeest Migration as millions of wildebeest and zebras cross the famous Mara River in one of the world's greatest wildlife spectacles. Enjoy your picnic lunch inside the reserve before continuing your safari. You opt for an optional Hot air balloon and Masai village visit (at an extra cost). Return to the lodge in the evening for dinner and overnight.

After breakfast, check out of your resort and transfer to Mombasa Terminus to board the first-class Madaraka Express train back to Nairobi.
