Nairobi – Masai Mara National Reserve

Your safari begins with a 6:30 am pick-up from your Nairobi hotel or airport. Meet your professional driver-guide and depart in a private 4×4 safari vehicle with a pop-up roof, ideal for wildlife viewing and photography.

Drive through the breathtaking Great Rift Valley, stopping briefly at the viewpoint to admire and photograph the panoramic scenery. Continue through Narok Town, where you can take a short break, purchase refreshments, or browse local Maasai crafts.

Arrive at the Masai Mara in time for lunch around 1:00 pm and check into your lodge or tented camp. After lunch, spend the afternoon relaxing and enjoying the peaceful surroundings of the camp after your journey. Guests may also choose to visit a traditional Masai village (optional, at an extra cost) to experience the local culture, traditions, and way of life. Return to the camp for dinner and an overnight stay, ready for your first full game drive the following day.

Full-Day Safari in Masai Mara

After breakfast at 6:30 am, embark on a full-day game drive from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm. Traverse different areas of the reserve, including open plains, forested riverbanks, and woodland habitats to maximize wildlife viewing.
Take a mid-morning coffee/tea break at 10:00 am while observing wildlife in their natural habitat. Enjoy a picnic lunch at 12:30 pm in a scenic spot within the reserve. In the afternoon, continue your game drive, looking for big cats stalking prey, herds of elephants bathing in waterholes, and birds in abundance. Return to the lodge by 6:30 pm for dinner and overnight stay.

Masai Mara – Lake Nakuru National Park

Following breakfast at 7:00 am, depart the Masai Mara for Lake Nakuru National Park, approximately 5–6 hours’ drive. Travel through scenic countryside and stop for photo opportunities or refreshments as needed.
Arrive at Lake Nakuru around 1:00 pm for lunch and check-in at your lodge or campsite. After a brief rest, embark on an afternoon game drive from 3:30 pm to 6:30 pm. Explore the park’s shoreline, woodlands, and escarpments, observing thousands of flamingos feeding on the lake, black and white rhinos grazing, giraffes browsing, and buffalo herds. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
