Your safari begins with an early morning departure from City Market, Nairobi, at 7:30AM. Travel north through Kenya's scenic central highlands, passing coffee and tea plantations before crossing the Equator at Nanyuki, where you may make a brief stop for photos.
Continue the journey through the breathtaking landscapes of northern Kenya, arriving in Samburu in time for lunch and check in.
After some time to relax, head out for an exciting afternoon game drive in Samburu National Reserve, renowned for its unique wildlife, including the Samburu Special Five—Grevy's zebra, reticulated giraffe, Somali ostrich, gerenuk, and Beisa oryx—as well as elephants, lions, leopards, and numerous bird species.
