Day 1

Nairobi to Amboseli National Park

Your safari begins with an early morning pick-up from your Nairobi hotel. If you are not staying in Nairobi, please make your own way to the designated meeting point, where you will join the rest of the group before departure. After a short briefing by your professional safari guide, travel south in a shared 4x4 Land Cruiser through the scenic Kenyan countryside towards Amboseli National Park. Along the way, enjoy views of local villages, open plains, and the majestic Mount Kilimanjaro as you approach the park. Upon arrival, begin your first game drive, exploring Amboseli's diverse landscapes of grasslands, swamps, and acacia woodlands. The park is famous for its large elephant herds and is also home to lions, buffaloes, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, hyenas, and a rich variety of birdlife.
