Your safari adventure kicks off with an early 6:30 AM pick-up from your Nairobi hotel or the airport, followed by a scenic drive down the Great Rift Valley escarpment. Around 8:00 AM, you’ll stop briefly at a viewpoint to enjoy sweeping views and take photos before continuing through the highlands and small towns to Masai Mara.
You’ll arrive at your lodge or camp by around 1:00 PM, just in time for check-in and lunch. After a short rest, set out for an afternoon game drive from 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM in the iconic Masai Mara National Reserve. This will be your first opportunity to spot lions, elephants, giraffes, buffalo, and many other species in their natural habitat. After the drive, return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay inside or near the reserve.

Fuel up with an early breakfast at 6:30 AM, then begin a full-day safari adventure through Masai Mara at around 7:30 AM, carrying your packed picnic lunch. The early hours are ideal for spotting predators as the savannah comes alive. Explore the reserve’s rolling grasslands and rich ecosystems as you search for lions, cheetahs, elephants, giraffes, hyenas, and more.
At midday, pause for a picnic lunch in the bush, surrounded by nature. Depending on the season, you might catch a glimpse of the wildebeest migration or river crossings near the Mara River (typically July to September). After a rewarding day, return to your lodge by 5:30 PM to relax, enjoy dinner, and share stories of your sightings.

After breakfast, you’ll have the option to visit a Maasai village (entry fee paid on site: approx. $20) — a meaningful cultural experience where you’ll learn about the tribe’s unique lifestyle, vibrant traditions, and community structure.
Depart Masai Mara by around 8:30 AM and travel toward Nakuru, passing through the scenic countryside. Enjoy lunch en route, then stop at Lake Naivasha for a relaxing boat ride and a walk on Crescent Island where you can get up close to giraffes, zebras, and other herbivores in a predator-free zone. By 5:00 PM, arrive in Nakuru for check-in, followed by dinner overnight at your lodge.

Begin the day with an early morning game drive at around 6:30 AM in Lake Nakuru National Park, known for its vibrant birdlife — including flamingos, pelicans, and storks — as well as rhinos and the rare Rothschild giraffe. Don’t miss the panoramic view from Baboon Cliff, offering an excellent vantage point over the park.
Around 11:00 AM, check out and begin your journey to Amboseli National Park, stopping for lunch along the way. Pass through Nairobi and continue south toward the foot of Mount Kilimanjaro. Expect to arrive in Amboseli by late evening for check-in, dinner, and your overnight stay at a lodge.

Capture amazing photos with elephants in the foreground and the snow-capped mountain behind. You’ll also encounter a variety of wildlife, including lions, wildebeests, cheetahs, zebras, buffaloes, hyenas, giraffes, and antelopes. After a fulfilling day of exploration, return to your lodge for dinner and your final night on safari.
