Arusha to Serengeti National Park

After an early breakfast at your accommodation, our driver-guide will drive you from Arusha to Serengeti National Park. You will experience the endless open plains and stunning skies of the Serengeti. The drive is approximately 7 hours. You will arrive at your budget camping accommodation for dinner and overnight.

Serengeti to Ngorongoro Highlands

After a morning game drive and an early lunch, you will proceed to Ngorongoro. Our professional and experienced driver will explain the wildlife and the natural beauty of Tanzania en route. You will spend the night on the crater rim, with dinner and an overnight stay at the Ngorongoro Simba Campsite.

Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha

After an early breakfast, you will proceed directly to the crater floor for a crater tour, with a packed picnic lunch included. The Ngorongoro Crater is one of the prime destinations in the world. It’s the best place to spot the endangered black rhinoceros. Enjoy a meal near the hippo pool, which offers a great view of the lake and many hippos enjoying the pool's cool water. Afterwards, you will proceed to Arusha, a 3-hour drive, for drop-off at the budget Serengeti Homes Hostel.

Materuni Waterfalls

The tour guide will pick you up at your accommodation after breakfast, and you will enjoy the beautiful path leading to the waterfall. It crosses valleys and hills covered by tropical rainforest, past coffee, banana, and avocado trees. You will enjoy a local lunch prepared by the Chagga community. The road is very bumpy and winding, so the drive takes more than 40 minutes. During the trip, you can enjoy the wonderful scenery and see authentic Tanzanian life. When you arrive, you can swim, relax, eat your lunch and enjoy the sun if you like. Later, you will drive back to Arusha.
