Great safari, friendly staff

Great first safari experience. 8 days in the Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater, Lake Manyara and Tarangire. Our guide Adrian showed us everything there was to see - highlights are a cheetah hunt, immense wilderbeest river crossing, leopard sighting, encounters with prides of lions and huge herds of elephants. All accommodation, food and transfers were arranged effortlessly for us in addition to a hot air balloon ride over the Northern Serengeti. Our honeymoon was celebrated throughout the trip with cake, singing and dancing by lodge staff. Going home with amazing memories and so many photos

We really saw animals everyday life with detailed information of our guide Danford Mboya.

Our experience with Serengeti Insider Safaris was truly outstanding and exceeded all expectations. From the moment our trip began, their professionalism, organization, and attention to detail were clear. The entire safari was smoothly planned, allowing us to relax and fully enjoy the beauty of nature without any worries, The company cares very well about our convenience and comfort.

Our driver-guide Peter was incredibly talented, knowledgeable, and passionate about wildlife and the environment. His deep understanding of animals, trees, landscapes, and forest ecosystems made every game drive fascinating and educational. He patiently explained everything we saw and answered all our questions, making the experience feel like a private wildlife masterclass. His sharp eyes helped us spot many animals we would never have noticed ourselves.

In addition, Chef Denish prepared delicious meals throughout the journey. The food was fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared, which made our safari even more comfortable and enjoyable after long days of exploration.

What truly sets this company apart is their dedication to guest satisfaction, safety, and authentic safari experiences. Their team is friendly, reliable, and genuinely passionate about what they do. This was not just a trip—it was a lifetime memory filled with adventure, learning, and joy. We came to Tanzania Feb 2026 and while I was looking for excursions, I came across serengeti and I am so happy I did. We were a total of six people and only wanted to complete a one day safari tour and our hotel was a good distance from where they are located. When I reached out asking if they could accommodate us, not only did they say yes but they were extremely responsive to any questions I had at any time of the day. The day of the tour the driver were very prompt and at our hotel before 6 am to get us and they gifted us bags of things we used on the tour. The tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and we all loved him. The tour guide was also very safe and got us back to our hotel when it started pouring raining outside. Thank you guys for all your help especially living in a different country. You made this booking so easy while I was planning this trip. We can’t thank you enough!
