Depart from Addis Ababa in the morning and travel south through the scenic landscapes of the Ethiopian Rift Valley. Continue to Abijatta-Shalla Lakes National Park and enjoy a game drive through the park while exploring its diverse landscapes and observing local wildlife and bird species. The park is particularly known for its spectacular birdlife, including vibrant flocks of flamingos around the alkaline lakes. You will also have the opportunity to discover the area's natural hot springs and enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Rift Valley.

After exploring Abijatta-Shalla Lakes National Park, continue to the picturesque shores of Lake Langano. Check in at Ija Langano Resort, relax by the lake, and enjoy the peaceful surroundings before dinner and overnight accommodation.

After the morning exploration, stop for lunch in Debre Zeyit (Bishoftu) before beginning the scenic drive back to Addis Ababa. Upon arrival in Addis Ababa, you will be dropped off at your hotel or at the airport, marking the end of your Abijatta-Shalla Lakes safari.
