You rise early for a thrilling full-day safari in the world-famous Masai Mara National Reserve, one of Africa's top wildlife destinations. You will explore the reserve's open plains, riverine forests, and rolling savannahs on morning and afternoon game drives in search of the Big Five, cheetahs, giraffes, zebras, hippos, crocodiles, hyenas, and many antelope species. An optional early-morning hot air balloon safari (at an extra cost) offers a breathtaking aerial view of the savannah at sunrise, followed by a champagne bush breakfast. In the afternoon, you may also opt, at an extra cost, to visit a traditional Maasai village to experience their rich culture, traditions, and way of life. You'll relax and enjoy the scenic rail journey through Tsavo National Park and Kenya's beautiful landscapes, with lunch served onboard the SGR train as you travel in comfort toward the coast.
