Your safari begins in Arusha, where you'll meet your guide and fellow travelers before heading toward Tarangire National Park. As the city fades behind you, the landscape opens into the African bush, with giant baobabs rising above the golden plains. Spend the day on a game drive, following elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, buffaloes and, with luck, lions as they move through the park.

Mto wa mbu to Serengeti

After breakfast, leave Mto wa Mbu and travel through the Ngorongoro Highlands toward the Serengeti. The journey itself becomes part of the adventure as the scenery changes from cultivated land and highland villages to open savannah.
As you enter Serengeti National Park, the feeling changes you are now in one of Africa's most famous wildlife landscapes. Begin your game drive as you make your way toward the campsite, watching for lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest and other wildlife. By evening, arrive at your campsite, enjoy dinner, and settle in for a night surrounded by the sounds of the Serengeti.

Wake up to the sounds of the wilderness and prepare for a full day exploring the Serengeti. After breakfast, head out with your packed lunch and spend the day following the wildlife across the endless plains.
Depending on the season, you may encounter large herds of wildebeest and zebras moving through the ecosystem, while lions, cheetahs, leopards and hyenas follow close behind. Some moments may be exciting, others beautifully quiet but together they create the experience of being truly immersed in the Serengeti. Return to camp in the evening for dinner and another night under the African sky.

Day 4

Serengeti to Ngorongoro Crater – Arusha

Serengeti to Ngorongoro Crater – Arusha

After breakfast, enjoy a final game drive as you leave the Serengeti and continue toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. The adventure takes you into the Ngorongoro Crater, where you'll descend onto the crater floor for a game drive among one of Tanzania's richest concentrations of wildlife.
Look for lions, elephants, buffaloes, hippos, zebras, wildebeest and, with luck, the rare black rhino. After a picnic lunch, begin the journey back to Arusha. As the safari comes to an end, you'll carry with you not just photographs, but the stories, friendships and moments that made your safari truly memorable.
