2-Day Pilgrimage to Kibeho Assumption Feast, 15 Aug 2027

Vigil Mass of the Solemnity of the Assumption

At 7 a.m., your professional driver-guide will pick you up at your hotel or at the airport. He will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall with a sign marked “Attractive Safaris.” After greeting you and presenting the program for your pilgrimage, he will drive you straight to Kibeho.
After lunch, pending confirmation, meet and speak with the Father Shrine Rector or with the visionary (Nathalie Mukamazimpaka).
Then, be ready to participate in the solemn vigil on the occasion of the solemnity of the Virgin Mary in Kibeho.
4:30 p.m.: Vigil masses of the Solemnity of Marian Feast
6:00 p.m.: Candles procession with the statue of Our Lady of Kibeho.
8:00 p.m.: Guest lecture - Sacrament of Reconciliation - Rosary - Marian vigil of prayer
Then, return to the hotel for dinner (9:00 p.m.)

Feast of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary

After breakfast, exploration and prayers in different places of the apparitions of the Virgin Mary in Kibeho (place of the apparitions, the chapel of the apparitions, the Chapel of Adoration, the Shrine of Our Lady of Sorrows).
9:00 a.m. Sacrament of Reconciliation
10:00 a.m. Meditation of the Rosary of the Seven Sorrows
11:00 a.m. Solemn Mass on the esplanade of the Shrine
After Mass, lunch at your accommodation
After lunch, visit CANA: Marian Formation Center of the Marian Fathers in Kibeho-Nyarushishi, 2 km from Kibeho Sanctuary, and pray while contemplating the statue of Divine Mercy. Since 2004, a giant bronze statue of the Merciful Jesus, weighing 2 tons and measuring 16 feet high, has been located in Nyarushishi at the Marian Formation Center of the Marian Fathers of the Immaculate Conception.
