From the Crater's Embrace to Your Departure

On your last day of safari, enjoy an early breakfast before setting off at around 6:30 a.m. for a descent into the magnificent Ngorongoro Crater. This vast, unbroken volcanic caldera covers approximately 260 sq km, surrounded by dramatic crater walls that create a remarkable wildlife sanctuary. Spend 5–6 hours exploring the crater floor, with opportunities to see elephants, buffalo, black rhinos, lions, cheetahs, hippos, and other wildlife. A picnic lunch will be served beside the picturesque hippo pool before you ascend to the crater rim. Afterwards, enjoy a scenic 4-hour drive to Arusha, with drop-off at the airport marking the end of your unforgettable safari experience.
