Arrival in Arusha

Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport, where you will be welcomed by our representative and transferred to your hotel in Arusha. Depending on your arrival time, you can spend the rest of the day relaxing at the hotel or exploring a little of Arusha city.

Arusha is often known as the gateway to Tanzania’s northern safari circuit and is surrounded by some of the country’s most famous destinations, including Serengeti National Park, Ngorongoro Crater and Tarangire National Park. It is also a lively city with a mix of local culture, markets, restaurants and beautiful views toward Mount Meru.

Arusha to Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, depart Arusha and drive towards the legendary Serengeti National Park. Travel through the beautiful landscapes of the Great Rift Valley and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area before reaching the Serengeti.

Upon entering the park, enjoy your first game drive as you make your way toward your accommodation. Keep your camera ready for possible sightings of elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, buffalo and predators such as lions and cheetahs.

Arrive at your camp in the evening, enjoy dinner and relax under the African sky.

Serengeti National Park

Today is dedicated to exploring Serengeti National Park. After an early breakfast, head out for a day game drive with your experienced safari guide. The Serengeti is famous for its abundant wildlife and endless plains. During the day, you may encounter large herds of wildebeest and zebra, elephants, giraffes, buffalo, lions, cheetahs and many other species.
Depending on the season, you may also witness parts of the Great Migration. Your guide will choose the best areas to explore based on wildlife movements. Enjoy a picnic lunch during the game drive before continuing your wildlife adventure into the afternoon. Drive to Camp in Ngorongoro Highland for your accommodation, dinner and a relaxing evening.

Ngorongoro Crater

After breakfast, Depart towards the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Descend into the spectacular Ngorongoro Crater for a game drive. The crater is home to a remarkable concentration of wildlife, including lions, elephants, buffalo, zebras, hippos and, with some luck, black rhinos. After your crater experience and picnic lunch, begin the journey back to Arusha. Arrive in the evening and check into your hotel for a relaxing night before your flight to Zanzibar the following day.

Flight from Arusha to Zanzibar

After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your domestic flight from Arusha to Zanzibar. Upon arrival, you will be met by your Zanzibar representative and transferred to your beach hotel. The rest of the day is free to relax and enjoy the tropical surroundings. Take a swim in the Indian Ocean, relax on the white sandy beach or simply enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of Zanzibar after your exciting safari. In the evening, enjoy a beautiful island sunset and a relaxing dinner at your hotel.
