After breakfast, check out from your accommodation in Amboseli and begin your journey north towards Samburu National Reserve. Enjoy the changing scenery as you travel through Kenya’s countryside, passing through rural landscapes and towns along the way. This is a longer transfer day, with a lunch stop en route. Continue towards northern Kenya and arrive in the Samburu region in the afternoon or early evening. Check in at your lodge or camp and take some time to relax after the journey. Depending on your arrival time, you may enjoy the surrounding scenery before dinner. Dinner and overnight at your Samburu accommodation, ready for an exciting full day of wildlife exploration the following day.

Enjoy a game drive through the park and look out for zebras, giraffes, buffaloes, gazelles and a variety of bird species. You can also explore parts of the park on foot or by bicycle, offering a closer connection with the landscape. Cycling or guided walking activities are optional for an extra cost. After exploring Hell’s Gate, return to Lake Naivasha for lunch and a relaxing afternoon. The remainder of the day is at leisure, with an optional Lake Naivasha boat ride for an extra cost.
