Welcome to Tanzania and the beginning of your romantic honeymoon adventure. Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by your safari representative and transferred to your accommodation in Arusha.

Depending on your arrival time, the remainder of the day will be dedicated to relaxing after your journey and settling into the atmosphere of Tanzania. Arusha is a pleasant gateway to the country's famous northern safari circuit and provides the perfect starting point for your honeymoon.

After checking into your hotel, you can enjoy some quiet time together, relax by the pool, or take a short stroll around the property. If you arrive early enough and would like to explore, optional activities can be arranged depending on your interests and schedule.

Day 2

Tarangire is famous for its magnificent baobab trees, large elephant herds, and diverse wildlife. The park's landscape of open grasslands, seasonal wetlands, woodland, and ancient baobabs creates a beautiful setting for your first safari game drive together.

Upon arrival, enter the park and begin exploring with your experienced safari guide. Watch for elephants moving through the bush, giraffes feeding among the trees, zebras and wildebeest crossing the plains, and buffaloes gathering near water sources.

Tarangire is also home to lions, leopards, cheetahs, hyenas, warthogs, impalas, gazelles, monkeys, and an impressive variety of birds. Your guide will carefully follow wildlife activity and choose routes that provide the best opportunities for sightings.

Day 3

After breakfast, continue your honeymoon adventure with a game drive in Lake Manyara National Park, one of Tanzania's most scenic wildlife destinations.

Located beneath the dramatic Great Rift Valley escarpment, Lake Manyara offers a striking combination of forests, grasslands, wetlands, and lake scenery. Despite being relatively small, the park contains a surprising variety of wildlife and birdlife.

As you enter the park, you may pass through lush groundwater forests where baboons, monkeys, and elephants are commonly encountered. As the landscape opens up, keep watch for giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, buffaloes, warthogs, and various antelope species.

After your game drive, continue to your accommodation in the Karatu area. Spend the afternoon relaxing together. You might enjoy the lodge's gardens, swimming pool, or simply take time to enjoy each other's company after an exciting day in the wilderness.

Karatu to Central Serengeti

After breakfast, depart Karatu and drive toward the Serengeti through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. The journey itself is part of the adventure, with spectacular landscapes and opportunities to see wildlife along the way.

As you approach the Serengeti, the scenery gradually opens into the vast plains for which the park is world-famous. The name Serengeti comes from the Maasai word often translated as "endless plains," an appropriate description of this enormous ecosystem.

Once inside the park, begin your game drive toward the central Serengeti area, commonly known as Seronera. This region is particularly well known for its year-round wildlife and excellent predator viewing opportunities.

Keep your eyes open for lions resting on rocks, cheetahs scanning the plains, leopards hiding among trees, and large herds of zebras, wildebeest and gazelles.

Arrive at your lodge or tented camp, settle in, and enjoy dinner surrounded by the atmosphere of the Serengeti.

Wake up in the heart of the Serengeti and prepare for a full day of wildlife exploration.

After breakfast, set out for a full-day game drive through the central Serengeti. This is your opportunity to slow down and fully appreciate one of Africa's greatest ecosystems.

The central Serengeti is especially famous for big cats. Lions can often be seen resting after hunting or watching passing herds. Cheetahs may be found in open grasslands where they can use their incredible speed, while leopards are more elusive and may be resting in the branches of acacia trees.

A picnic lunch can be enjoyed at a designated location within the park, giving you time to relax and appreciate the surrounding wilderness.

After breakfast, leave the Serengeti and travel toward the spectacular Ngorongoro Crater.

Descend into the crater for a game drive. The crater floor contains grasslands, wetlands, forests, and a lake, providing habitats for a wide variety of animals.

During your game drive, look for lions, elephants, buffaloes, zebras, wildebeest, hippos, hyenas, gazelles and other wildlife. Ngorongoro is also an important habitat for the endangered black rhinoceros, and your guide will search suitable areas for a possible sighting.

Enjoy a picnic lunch at a designated area before continuing your exploration.

After the game drive, ascend the crater walls and continue to your accommodation in the Karatu area.

After breakfast, you will leave karatu and transfer to Arusha Airport for your flight to Zanzibar.

This is an exciting change of scenery. After spending several days surrounded by Tanzania's wildlife and savannah landscapes, you will now travel to the Indian Ocean and the tropical island of Zanzibar.

Upon arrival in Zanzibar, you will meet your local driver and transfer to Stone Town, the historic heart of Zanzibar.

Stone Town is famous for its narrow winding streets, historic buildings, colorful markets, carved wooden doors, and strong Swahili, Arab, Indian, and European cultural influences. The town has a fascinating history connected to centuries of Indian Ocean trade

In the evening, enjoy a traditional Zanzibar dinner and experience the lively atmosphere of Stone Town.

After breakfast, you will leave Stone Town and travel north to Nungwi, one of Zanzibar’s most famous beach destinations.

Nungwi is located at the northern tip of Zanzibar and is known for its beautiful white-sand beaches, turquoise Indian Ocean waters, coral reefs, and spectacular sunsets.

After arriving at your beach resort, check in and take some time to settle into your room.

The rest of the day can be dedicated to relaxation. Swim in the warm ocean, walk along the beach, enjoy the resort facilities, or simply relax beneath the tropical sun.

In the late afternoon, you will have the opportunity to enjoy a sunset cruise. Sail along the coast as the sun slowly descends toward the horizon, creating beautiful colors across the Indian Ocean.

Return to Nungwi in the evening and enjoy dinner at your resort.

After breakfast, you will head out for a snorkeling excursion. Zanzibar is surrounded by warm tropical waters and coral reef ecosystems that support a variety of marine life.

During the excursion, you can swim and snorkel in clear waters while observing colorful fish, coral formations, sea urchins, starfish, and other marine creatures. Your boat crew or snorkeling guide will select suitable locations according to sea conditions and safety considerations.

After snorkeling, return to Nungwi and enjoy a relaxed afternoon at the beach.

You can swim in the ocean, sunbathe, read a book, enjoy a beachside lunch, or simply take in the scenery.

Today offers another opportunity to discover the Indian Ocean, this time beneath the surface through scuba diving.

After breakfast, you will prepare for a guided scuba-diving experience. Depending on your certification and experience, your dive operator can arrange an appropriate dive site and program.

The waters around northern Zanzibar offer opportunities to encounter tropical marine life and coral reef environments. You may see colorful reef fish, corals, sea turtles, rays, and other marine creatures, although sightings naturally depend on conditions and location.

After the diving excursion, return to Nungwi for lunch and relaxation.

The afternoon can be used for water sports. Depending on availability and sea conditions, activities may include kayaking, paddleboarding, jet skiing, or other non-motorized and motorized water activities.

Your final full day in Zanzibar is designed to combine an ocean adventure with plenty of relaxation.

After breakfast, you will take part in a dolphin excursion. Depending on the selected location, sea conditions, and responsible wildlife-viewing practices, you may have the opportunity to observe dolphins in their natural marine environment.

The experience should focus on respectful observation and avoiding activities that unnecessarily disturb the animals. Dolphin sightings are wildlife encounters and therefore cannot be guaranteed.

After the excursion, return to Nungwi for your final afternoon on the island.

This is your opportunity to enjoy the beach without a fixed schedule. Swim in the turquoise water, walk along the white sand, relax beside the pool, enjoy a spa treatment, or participate in another water activity if desired.

You may also take a final walk along Nungwi Beach and browse local shops for souvenirs.
