Your safari begins with an early morning pick-up from your Nairobi hotel or the airport. Meet your driver-guide and depart for Samburu National Reserve, travelling north through the scenic landscapes of central Kenya. Upon arrival, check in at your lodge or camp and enjoy lunch before an afternoon game drive.

Explore Samburu’s beautiful semi-arid landscape in search of its unique wildlife, including reticulated giraffes, Grevy’s zebras, gerenuks, Somali ostriches, elephants and lions. Return to the lodge before sunset for dinner and your overnight stay.

After breakfast, enjoy morning and afternoon game drives in Samburu National Reserve. The reserve is known for its diverse wildlife and the distinctive species found in northern Kenya.

During the game drives, you may encounter elephants, lions, leopards, cheetahs, buffaloes, giraffes, zebras and other wildlife. You will return to the lodge for lunch and some time to relax before heading out for an afternoon game drive.

Samburu- Ol Pejeta

After breakfast, check out and depart Samburu for Ol Pejeta Conservancy. Enjoy the scenic drive through the Laikipia region before arriving at Ol Pejeta in time for lunch.

After some time to relax, enjoy an afternoon game drive in the conservancy. Ol Pejeta is renowned for its excellent wildlife viewing and important rhino conservation efforts. You may spot the Big Five, as well as other wildlife including giraffes, zebras, cheetahs and numerous bird species.

Return to your lodge or camp for dinner and overnight.
