Tarangire National Park

Your professional guide will meet you upon arrival at the airport and transfer you to Tarangire National Park, a scenic two-hour drive away. Upon arrival, embark on an exciting full-day game drive across Tarangire's expansive 2,800 km² landscape. Known as the "River of Warthogs," the park takes its name from the life-sustaining Tarangire River, where resident wildlife gathers to drink.

Enjoy a hot or packed lunch at a scenic picnic site surrounded by nature. Throughout the day, you will explore the park's primary attractions: famous massive elephant herds, iconic baobab trees, tree-climbing lions, pythons, and diverse predators such as leopards. In the late afternoon, drive to your hotel in Karatu for dinner and a restful overnight stay.

After breakfast, you'll depart for Serengeti National Park (4 hours). You'll arrive in Central Serengeti and enjoy an afternoon game drive in the park’s vast plains after having lunch, where you can spot a variety of wildlife, including lions, cheetahs, and wildebeest. Return to your camp for a delicious dinner and overnight stay in the heart of the Serengeti.
