Tarangire National Park - The Elephant Haven

Today, right after breakfast, we will depart from our accommodation and head to our first national park for a game drive. Enjoy as you head to the park via beautiful scenery, villages, landscapes, and animal corridors, and you may even spot some wildlife and everything that unveils the daily life of the locals. Upon arrival, start your first game drive.

Enjoy as you explore the park, seeing elephant herds, zebras, wildebeests, antelopes, ostriches, guinea fowls, buffaloes, giraffes, and more animals that call this park home. If the day is good, you can even see the big cats like lions, leopards, and cheetahs.
In the afternoon, enjoy a picnic lunch amidst nature, overlooking the beautiful baobab- and acacia-dotted grasslands.

Later enjoy the sunset game drive in the park, where the sun casts a golden hue over the baobab and acacia grasslands, with animals and birds returning to their resting places. Then, head to the hotel to enjoy your dinner.

Tarangire National Park to Maasai Village

After breakfast, enjoy an early morning game drive in Tarangire National Park, when the animals are at their most active and the golden morning light creates a spectacular atmosphere. Watch the sunrise over the horizon as you explore the park and encounter its abundant wildlife.

Later, continue to a traditional Maasai village for an authentic cultural experience and an opportunity to learn about the Maasai people, their traditions, and their way of life. Immerse yourself in the culture, dress like the Maasai, dance like the Maasai, and experience Africa through their traditions in a truly memorable way.

After the village visit, enjoy lunch before departing and continuing to your accommodation. Upon arrival, settle in, enjoy dinner, and spend the night relaxing as you look forward to the adventures that tomorrow will bring.

Ngorongoro Crater

After breakfast, depart for the Ngorongoro Crater for an unforgettable game drive in one of Tanzania’s most spectacular wildlife destinations. Descend into the crater and explore its rich ecosystem, home to a remarkable variety of wildlife, including elephants, lions, zebras, wildebeest, and many other species. Enjoy the breathtaking scenery and take in the unique beauty of this natural wonder.

At lunchtime, enjoy a picnic at the Ngoitoktok Picnic Site, where you can relax and enjoy your meal while taking in the beautiful surroundings and overlooking the hippo pool. This peaceful setting offers a wonderful opportunity to appreciate the crater’s scenery and wildlife.

After lunch, continue with your crater exploration before beginning the journey back to Arusha. Upon arrival, check in at your accommodation, enjoy dinner, and relax for the night as you prepare for the beach holiday ahead.

Zanzibar Island

After breakfast, enjoy a guided exploration of Stone Town, the historic heart of Zanzibar. Wander through its narrow streets and discover the unique blend of Swahili, Arab, Indian, and European influences. Visit key landmarks including the Old Fort, House of Wonders, Sultan’s Palace, Darajani Market, and Christ Church Cathedral with its historic Slave Market site.

After lunch, continue exploring the charming streets and local shops, with time to browse for spices, crafts, textiles, and souvenirs. In the late afternoon, head to Forodhani Gardens to enjoy the waterfront atmosphere and experience the famous evening food market, sampling local specialties and fresh seafood.
