You'll set out from Arusha airport or your hotel for your journey to either Tarangire National Park or Lake Manyara National Park. The choice between the two will depend on the time of year and the unique safari experience each offers. Your expert guide will help you decide which park is the best fit for your safari adventure.
If you opt for Tarangire National Park, your drive after breakfast will take you on a roughly two-hour journey through the scenic landscapes of Tanzania. Along the way, you'll pass through vibrant Maasai villages and traverse the expansive open plains that are iconic to African imagery.
If you choose Lake Manyara National Park, your morning departure from Arusha will lead you on a two-hour drive, with a stop in the market town of Mto Wa Mbu en route. This bustling town is renowned for its vibrant agricultural and fresh produce market, which offers a cultural mosaic and provides opportunities for souvenir shopping, making it a memorable part of your journey.

Day 2

Your day of adventure begins with an early breakfast, preparing us for the exciting journey ahead.
You'll embark on a scenic drive toward the Serengeti, taking in the breathtaking landscapes along the way. As you pass through the mist-shrouded rainforests of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, keep your eyes peeled for the possibility of spotting magnificent wildlife, such as cape buffalo, baboons, elephants, and elusive leopards hidden within the lush undergrowth.
Upon reaching the Serengeti, a delicious lunch awaits at the Serengeti National Park picnic area.
With renewed energy, you'll venture out to explore the Serengeti itself. Prepare to be mesmerized by the vast number of animals that freely roam these grassy plains, showcasing the remarkable biodiversity of this incredible ecosystem.
After a day filled with awe-inspiring wildlife encounters, you'll retire for the evening to our accommodations nestled in the heart of Serengeti National Park.

Day 3

Today you can choose when you will do game drive and when you want to relax in the lodge. You can wake before dawn to take part in a sunrise game drive. It's an ideal time to see lions, leopards, and cheetahs in action as well as the early morning movements of the wildebeest, zebra, and other herbivores.
After your unforgettable morning, you'll return to your lodge for a late breakfast and to freshen up before hitting the road again with a picnic lunch / or to stay in the lodge in the afternoon.
You can also have a normal morning game drive after breakfast, and return to the lodge for hot lunch. From 1 pm till 3 pm it is more hot than the rest of the day, so you might as well stay in the lodge after lunch, and start another game drive in the late afternoon.
You have another option to take to the skies with a sunrise hot air balloon safari and champagne breakfast. Speak with your safari expert about adding this once in a lifetime experience to your safari.

Day 4

After breakfast, we'll embark on our journey back to Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Our route will take us through the Serengeti, but this time, we'll follow a different path, increasing our chances of spotting the elusive animals that may have evaded us on the second day of our safari. As far as the eye can see, you'll witness an abundance of wildlife in herds: wildebeests and zebras migrating together, tall and elegant giraffes, agile antelopes and gazelles, the majestic African elephants, and the highly regarded group of animals: the predators.
During this drive, keep your eyes peeled for sightings of sleek cheetahs, elusive leopards, scavenging hyenas, and, most importantly, the king of the savannah, the lion.
For the evening, you'll enjoy dinner and spend the night either on the rim of the Ngorongoro Crater or in the nearby town of Karatu. The specific accommodation will be selected based on your chosen standard and preferences from the options available.

Day 5

After a hearty breakfast, your adventure continues as you head to Ngorongoro Crater, often called the Eighth Wonder of the World. You'll catch your first glimpse of this vast and lush caldera from a panoramic viewpoint, showcasing its well-deserved reputation.
The Ngorongoro Conservation Area is home to a remarkable array of wildlife, including the legendary Big Five and more than 120 mammal species. It's an ideal location to witness the endangered black rhinoceros and observe large groups of hippopotami.
Within the crater, a diverse community of predators thrives, featuring lions, leopards, cheetahs, jackals, and hyenas. The herbivore population is equally impressive, with wildebeests, zebras, various antelope species, and cape buffalo.
Amidst the day's excitement, you'll enjoy a picnic lunch by the famous hippo pool, taking in the mesmerizing surroundings. As the day ends, you'll return to Arusha airport or your hotel in Arusha, concluding your unforgettable safari experience.
