Arrival Addis Ababa and sightseeing

Arrive at Bole International Airport and meet your Enat Ethiopia Tours representative. After breakfast, drive to Entoto Mountain (3,300m) for panoramic views and visit Entoto Museum, St. Mary Church (built in 1885), and the old palace of Emperor Menelik II. Return to Addis to explore the Ethnological Museum and National Museum, home of “Lucy.” After lunch, visit Trinity Cathedral, the Mausoleum of Emperor Menelik II at Ba’ata Church, and Merkato—the largest open-air market in Africa. Bahir Dar Blue Nile Fallas and Lake Tana

Heading to Bahir Dar and drive to Tis Abay to visit the Blue Nile Falls, locally known as Tis Issat (“Smoke of Fire”). Walk to the Portuguese Bridge and explore the fertile countryside. Visit Bahir Dar’s market for pottery and woven goods. After lunch, take a boat trip on Lake Tana to visit monasteries including Ura Kidane Mehret, Azwa Maryam, and Kibran Gabriel (men only). Lalibela Rock Hewn Churchs

Heading to Lalibela and visit the first group of six rock-hewn churches: Bet Golgotha, Bet Mikael, Bet Mariam, Bet Meskel, Bet Danaghel, and Bet Medhane Alem—the largest monolithic church in the world. Discover symbolic tombs of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. Overnight: Hotel – Lalibela.

Hike to Asheten Maryam and Lalibela

Optional morning trek to Asheten Mariam Church (3,000m) for panoramic views. After lunch, visit the second group of churches: Bete Amanuel, Bete Marqorewos, Bete Abba Libanos, Bete Gabriel-Rufael, and the iconic Bet Giyorgis.
