After an early breakfast in Karatu, travel through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area towards Serengeti National Park. Watch the scenery change from forested highlands to open plains, stopping for a packed lunch along the way. Enjoy an afternoon game drive in your private pop-up roof 4x4 as you continue towards Seronera. Dinner and your first of two nights at Mlimwa Tented Camp await in Central Serengeti.

Spend a full day exploring Central Serengeti with your private driver-guide. Travel across the Seronera plains and along river valleys in your pop-up roof 4x4, looking for lions, elephants, giraffes and other wildlife. Your guide will adapt the route to conditions and recent sightings. Enjoy a packed lunch in a designated picnic area before more afternoon game viewing. Return to Mlimwa Tented Camp for dinner and another night in the park.

Leave Central Serengeti early after breakfast and travel towards Ngorongoro Crater with a packed lunch. Descend to the crater floor for a game drive in your private pop-up roof 4x4, exploring grassland, wetlands and woodland with your guide. Look for the varied wildlife that lives within the caldera and stop at a designated picnic area for lunch. After the game drive, ascend to the rim and continue to Africa Safari Karatu Lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

After breakfast in Karatu, drive to Lake Manyara National Park for a morning game drive in your private pop-up roof 4x4. Explore groundwater forest and the lakeshore habitats while looking for elephants, baboons and birdlife. Enjoy your packed lunch, then leave the park and return to Arusha. Settle into Arusha Planet Lodge, where dinner and an overnight stay are included before the next day’s flight to Zanzibar.

After breakfast, transfer from your Arusha lodge to the airport for your included flight to Zanzibar. On arrival, meet your local driver and transfer to Stone Town. Join a guided walk through the old town’s narrow streets and seafront, learning about its trading history and architecture. The timing of the walk will follow your flight schedule. Stay overnight at Tembo House Hotel; lunch and dinner are at your own expense. No wildlife-viewing activity is planned today.

This is a free day with no guided excursion or wildlife-viewing activity included. Optional excursions can be arranged for an extra cost. Return to the same hotel for your final Zanzibar night.
