Transfer to Volcanoes National Park and Cultural Tour

After breakfast, you will be picked up by our professional driver-guide from your place of residence or Kigali International Airport and transferred to Volcanoes National Park in the Northern Province of Rwanda. Enjoy a scenic drive through Rwanda's beautiful countryside, with breathtaking views of rolling hills and local communities.

Upon arrival, check in at your lodge and enjoy lunch. In the afternoon, visit the Iby'Iwacu Cultural Village for an authentic cultural experience, where you will discover Rwanda's rich traditions, cultural heritage, traditional dances, music, local customs, and way of life.

After this memorable cultural experience, return to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay, ready for the exciting gorilla trekking adventure the following morning.

Gorilla Trekking Experience

Early in the morning, enjoy breakfast at your lodge before being picked up by your professional driver-guide and transferred to Volcanoes National Park headquarters for the briefing ahead of your mountain gorilla trekking adventure.

After the briefing, accompanied by experienced park guides and trackers, venture into the lush rainforest in search of a mountain gorilla family. Once you encounter these gentle giants, spend one unforgettable hour observing them in their natural habitat, watching their daily activities and capturing memorable photographs.

After the trek, return to the lodge to freshen up and enjoy lunch. Later, begin your journey back to Kigali, where you will be dropped off at your preferred location.
