1-Day Moremi Game Reserve Safari Tour

Departing from Maun at the crack of dawn onboard a safari vehicle, we will head out to access the renowned Moremi Game Reserve for some great game viewing. Moremi Game Reserve is home to one of the world’s great wildlife species making the area spectacular game viewing and bird watching, including all major naturally occurring herbivore and carnivore species in the region, and over 400 species of birds, many migratory and some endangered. Both Black and White Rhino, while rare to spot, have recently been re-introduced, now making the reserve a ‘Big Five’ destination.
The reserve boasts a varied landscape including flat plains and mophane tree thicket, creating a mix pot of a tranquil environment.
We will break off for a light lunch and make some rounds in search of some animals, passing through lagoons and pools along the river channels as well as flat plains. We will then make our way back late afternoon as we reflect on our sightings.
