Upon arrival in Entebbe, you will be picked up by your guide and transferred to your hotel in Kampala. Depending on your arrival time, you may be able to explore Kampala and the surrounding area this afternoon. Today, you will drive for seven hours through spectacular scenery to Murchison Falls National Park in northwestern Uganda. On the way, make an optional stop at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary to partake in Rhino tracking. Depending on your arrival time, you may have an opportunity to explore the mighty Murchison Falls either on a boat trip or on foot.

This morning, explore Murchison Falls National Park on an included game drive, spotting giraffes, lions, leopards and buffalo on the plains, before an included boat cruise along the Nile to the thundering base of the falls, where hippos, crocodiles and the extraordinary shoebill stork await. End the day with an included walk to the Top of the Falls. Optional extras include a Delta cruise, southern park exploration and a visit to Budongo Forest.

After breakfast this morning, you’ll drive for around six hours to Lake Mburo National Park. This is a small but spectacular national park with plenty of African wildlife, including buffalos, leopards, lions, hyenas, warthogs, giraffes, hippos, and crocodiles, plus over 350 bird species. On arrival at the park, you’ll enjoy a boat trip on Lake Mburo.
