3-Day Chimpanzee Tracking Kibale Forest National Park

Travel from Kampala to Kibale National park with afternoon guided bigod nature walk

After having your breakfast at your hotel / lodge, Simba Africa Expeditions’ driver / guide will pick you up, brief you about the safari and then start off the journey, traveling westwards through Mityana, masindi and kyenjojo. Stop for lunch in Fort portal. After lunch you will proceed with your journey arriving at your booked lodge where you will check-in, after relaxing off the journey’s fatigue, you will head out for a nature walk in Bigodi swamp to spot primates, lot of birds and butterflies. Retire back to your booked lodge for dinner and overnight.

Chimpanzee tracking in Kibale forest National Park

After your breakfast, proceed out to Kanyanchu visitor center, the briefing point, were you will be grouped and guides assigned to each group with your tracking slots. You will most definitely start the trekking with packed lunch and drinking water, when you locate the chimpanzees you will have 1 hour to sit among these amazing primates and view them in their natural habitat. After this amazing experience, you will return back to your booked lodge for dinner and your overnight stay.
