Day 1

Pick up from Nairobi is at 7.30 am, where we’ll take you on a drive through typical African savanna. You’ll pass local homesteads and catch glimpses of Masai herdsmen grazing their cattle. You’ll arrive at Amboseli National Park in time for lunch.
After you’ve had time to rest, we’ll take you into the park for your first African safari experience. On your game viewing drive, we’ll be on the look out for the stars of the Amboseli – elephants, lions, giraffes, cheetahs, zebras, wildebeest, and a whole load more.
The backdrop to your Kenyan adventure is Mount Kilimanjaro, its snow-capped peak dominates the skyline as Africa’s highest mountain. Marvel at the natural beauty of the awe-inspiring plains, home to a massively diverse ecosystem of animals.
Following your first adventure into the Kenyan wilds, you’ll head back to your camp for dinner and a good night’s rest.

Day 2

The second day on safari in Kenya starts with an extensive game drive. The vista of Kilimanjaro will be with you as your range through Amboseli, expertly guided by our African safari guides.
As on your first day, the mega fauna of the national park will be on display. With luck you’ll see herds of buffalo, families of elephants, prides of lions, and much more besides.
You can choose to take an optional extra visit to a Masai village at an additional cost of $20 per person. These warriors are part of a proud nomadic tradition that you are invited to learn about in their village. The tribes people of the Masai are renowned for their prowess in battle against wild animals; their strength and courage admired around the world.
Your visit will show you the Masai culture, with a welcoming presentation of traditional signing and dancing; part of their sacred rituals. This memorable experience will let you see their daily lives and homes and will captivate you every second of your visit.

Day 3

After an early breakfast, we leave Amboseli Reserve and head to Lake Naivasha, one of the Rift Valley Lakes. After check-in and refreshments at Naivasha Hotel, we explore the fresh-water lake, which is home to over 400 bird species and a large population of hippo. We take a boat ride past the hippos and visit the stunning Crescent Island sanctuary. Here, with our guides, we walk amongst giraffe, zebra, wildebeest and water buck. We then return to the Hotel for dinner and a good night’s rest.

Day 4

After breakfast, we leave Lake Naivasha for the Masai Mara Game Reserve, the jewel of Kenya’s game parks. This enormous reserve is part of the vast Serengeti-Mara ecosystem. It is known for its spectacular wildebeest migration and is home to all the big five: lion, elephant, leopard, rhino and Cape buffalo.
Upon arrival, lunch will be served. After lunch, you may catch your breath before the late afternoon ‘Spice’ game drive. This is your chance to spot the wild animals you’ve come to marvel at, and your personal safari guide will help you find the greats of the savanna. In the evening, we’ll relax around the fire before an excellent dinner.

Day 5

Start your day with breakfast to fuel a full day of exploring the stunning landscapes and majestic wildlife of the Masai Mara. The soft morning light provides a perfect chance to capture incredible photos as the animals awaken and begin their day.
Enjoy a picnic lunch by the Mara River, ensuring you stay immersed in your expedition. In the afternoon, you can visit a Masai village, where the community has thrived in these grasslands for millennia. You'll be welcomed with traditional song and dance before exploring the village and visiting a home, offering a unique insight into the human side of this remarkable land. This optional experience is $20 per person.
End your day back at camp or the lodge with dinner and a well-deserved rest, ready for tomorrow’s adventures.

Day 6

After breakfast, check out and depart for Nairobi. You will make a lunch break stop at the Great Rift Valley for some African BBQ at a local restaurant. Visit a souvenir market (if time allows). Later in the afternoon arrive in Nairobi where your safari will end.
