Day 2

Kibale Forest National Park

After breakfast you will check-out, meet up with your guide who will provide a briefing of your upcoming safari and then drive you to the rich tropical forest of Kibale Forest National Park. This park provides shelter to roughly 70 mammal species including chimpanzee and over 375 species of birds. In the afternoon you will go for a walk at Bigodi Wetlands Sanctuary where you can see primates, a variety of reptiles and other interesting mammals. Bird lovers will enjoy sightings of over 200 bird species set amid the lush trees, shrubs and vines. Later in day you will travel to the Kibale forest Guest house where you will have dinner and settle in for the night.

Day 3

Chimpanzee tracking and drive to Drive to Queen Elizbeth National park

After breakfast you will go for Chimpanzee tracking in Kibale forest and after set for a real Ugandan African adventure traversing through the bush of Queen Elizabeth National Park. This park previously known in 1952 as Kazinga National Park was later renamed to commemorate a visit by Queen Elizabeth II. Here you will see hippo, leopard, elephant, lion, and chimpanzees among the other species of mammals and over 500 species of birds. After lunch you will proceed to Mweya Peninsula for an exciting boat safari where you get to see more hippo and crocodile while enjoying a relaxing cruise along the Kazinga channel. Later in the evening you will return to camp for dinner and your overnight stay.

You will have an early Morning Game Drive. There are over 100 mammal species that include Lions, Hippos, Buffaloes, Leopard, Spotted Hyena, Elephants and the elusive Giant Forest Hog in this park. The Primates include Chimps, Black and White Colobus Monkeys, Blue, Black faced Red Colobus, and Red tailed monkeys and Olive Baboons. In the afternoon, you will have a boat ride on Kazinga Channel.

Day 5

Today you will set off quite early with packed breakfast and head out for an early morning game drive in the Kasenyi plains of Queen Elizabeth National Park to catch sight of the early risers. Expect to see a number of elephants, buffaloes, lions, waterbucks, Uganda kobs, leopards, hyenas. Thereafter, we will proceed to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park.

Day 6

Gorilla Tacking and Lake Bunyonyi

Gorilla Tacking and Lake Bunyonyi

This day is always regarded as the biggest of all days on safari. After breakfast, you will head out to the park headquarters where you will be briefed by one of the park staff. Thereafter, you will meet with the lead guide who will take you into the forest to find the gorilla family that you will be allocated to. This may take between 2-7 hours round trip depending on how long the family you are trekking will have moved today from where it was last seen yesterday. After that, you will then proceed to Lake Bunyonyi Kabale where you will relax as you enjoy the beautiful views of the lake.

Day 7

Kampala - Entebbe International Airport

After breakfast you will checkout and drive back to Kampala. You will have lunch along the drive and also stop at the Equator where you can take some memorable pictures, Make some shopping and try to eat the rolex if you wish to test one. Upon arrival in Kampala you will be dropped off at the Entebbe the International Airport for your flight home. This is where your safari will end.
