Day 1

Nairobi/Amboseli National Park

You'll be picked up from your city hotel. Then, you'll depart Nairobi, "the place of cool waters" in the Maasai language, for Amboseli National Park at the foot of Mount Kilimanjaro. Lunch will be at Kibo Safari Camp, which enjoys a uniquely privileged position at the heart of this world-famous national reserve, providing very clear and uninterrupted views of Mount Kilimanjaro. You'll enjoy an afternoon game drive. Your overnight stay will be at Kibo Safari Camp.

Day 2

Amboseli National Park

Today, you'll enjoy game drives in Amboseli National Park, which is a magnificent park. Amboseli comprises groves of acacia trees and golden savanna plains. Close by are a series of emerald green swamps which are fed by the melting snows of Kilimanjaro, providing sources of water to huge numbers of wallowing elephants, hippos, buffaloes, and plains game. Your overnight stay will be at Kibo Safari Camp.

Day 3

Amboseli/Lake Naivasha/Lake Elementaita

After breakfast, you'll begin your journey to the Great Rift Valley, arriving for lunch in Naivasha. This afternoon, you'll enjoy a relaxing and fun-filled boat ride in Lake Naivasha to view hippos and plenty of water birds, including the famous Fish Eagle in action. Late afternoon, you'll drive to Lake Elementaita for dinner and an overnight stay at Lake Elementaita Mountain Lodge.

Day 4

Lake Nakuru/Masai Mara National Reserve

After an early breakfast, you'll proceed to Lake Nakuru National Park for a whole morning game drive. Lake Nakuru National Park is world-famous for its enormous flocks of flamingos and over 400 species of birds found here. It's a soda lake on the floor of the Great Rift Valley, and at times the flamingos number in the millions, which is quite a spectacular sight. They are so numerous that from a distance the lake appears to be ringed in pink. The lake has also earned a reputation as an important haven for endangered species, particularly the Rothschild giraffe and the Black and White rhino.
Thereafter, you'll head off to Masai Mara National Reserve, which is a world-famous wildlife-viewing destination and Kenya’s most premier game reserve.

Today, you'll enjoy game drives in the Mara that will include a visit to the Mara River, where thousands of wildebeest and zebra are attacked by crocodiles as they attempt to cross this mighty river during the annual migration between Tanzania and Kenya. The annual migration sees over a million wild animals move from Serengeti National Park in Northern Tanzania to Masai Mara National Reserve in Kenya. Your overnight stay will be at La Maison Royale Camp.
