Day 2

Nairobi-Amboseli National Park

Today after the breakfast you will be picked from Eka hotel in Nairobi by your safari guide and drive to Amboseli national park for the game drive
Amboseli National Park is in southern Kenya. It’s known for its large elephant herds, the name "Amboseli" comes from a Maasai word meaning "salty dust", and it is one of the best places in Africa to view large herds of elephants up close. Nature lovers can explore five different habitats here ranging from the dried-up bed of Lake Amboseli, wetlands with sulphur springs, the savannah and woodlands. They can also visit the local Maasai community who live around the park and experience their authentic culture.

TToday after the breakfast you will be picked for your full day game drive in Amboseli national park.
Amboseli National Park is the park which consists of a dry, ancient lake bed and fragile grassland with patches of acacia woodland, while in the southern area there are a number of small, rocky, volcanic hills. Around the swamps Ol Kenya, Ol Tukai and Enkongo Narok, the vegetation is lush with yellow barked acacias and phoenix palms.

Today, you will be picked up from the Camo and have the Morning game drive in Amboseli and then later on the day driven to Tanzania via Namanga border where you will proceed to Arusha town for your overnight stay at Mt Meru Hotel. You will be booked at this hotel on bed and breakfast basis.

Day 5

Arusha- Tarangire National Park

Today after breakfast, you will be picked up by your safari guide and drive to Tarangire National Park for the game drive, Tarangire National Park is almost 3000 sq km in size and is probably best known for its huge numbers of elephants and baobab trees. The name of the park comes from the Tarangire River which crosses through the park. Tarangire is especially spectacular during the dry season (June - November) as wildlife concentrations rival that of the Serengeti (since enormous populations of elephants and other animals are drawn to the Tarangire River as their only source of water). With its varied habitats and permanent water in the Tarangire River the park is home to over 2000 elephants and 500 bird species

Today you will have the half day game drive in Serengeti National park, enjoy the wildlife game drive in this side of Serengeti before drive to Ngorongoro Conservation Area later on the day.
There are several documented resident lion prides just within a one-hour game drive radius from Seronera. During the dry season, the resident prides begin to shift west and north in their territories and concentrate in the central region of the park. The dry season is a particularly good time for lion viewing in the Central Serengeti. The Central Serengeti is also one of the best areas in Africa to spot the elusive leopard. You may be lucky enough to encounter this majestic cat in the branches of the sausage trees that dot the banks of the Seronera River.

Day 8

Today after the breakfast you descend into the crater for a crater game tour. Often called the eighth natural wonder of the world, the Ngorongoro Crater is the largest intact crater in the world. About 2 million years ago the Ngorongoro volcano erupted, and its walls collapsed. The volcano floor sank to create a natural enclosure with its 600m tall walls. Now, at over 19 kilometres wide, Ngorongoro Crater is filled with great areas of acacia forest, hippo filled swamps and open grasslands.

Later in the afternoon you will drive to Arusha at 04 pm, for drop off in Arusha OR proceed to Kilimanjaro International airport for the evening flight back home.
