Depart Arusha at 8:00 AM with packed lunches for a two-hour drive to Tarangire National Park. Upon arrival, enjoy a full-day game drive in this scenic park, well-known for its large herds of elephants and iconic Baobab trees. Explore the park’s rich wildlife and landscapes, stopping at a designated picnic site for lunch. Continue the game drive through the afternoon, taking in more of the park’s diverse animal species and beautiful surroundings. By 5:00 PM, exit the park and drive to Twiga Lodge for dinner and an overnight stay. Guests can relax and unwind at the lodge, which features a swimming pool to enjoy after a day of safari adventure.

After an early breakfast, depart at 6:00 AM from Twiga Lodge with packed lunches for a full-day tour of the Ngorongoro Crater. Descend into the crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and explore its unique ecosystem, home to the Big Five and many other wildlife species. Enjoy a picnic lunch by the scenic hippo pool while taking in the crater’s stunning views. Continue with the game drive through the afternoon, spotting a variety of animals in this natural haven. By 4:00 PM, begin the drive back to Twiga Lodge for dinner and overnight. Guests can relax and refresh at the lodge, which features a swimming pool for a leisurely evening.

Manyara National Park Game drive then back to Arusha

After breakfast, depart at 7:00 AM for a half-day game drive in Lake Manyara National Park, renowned for its tree-climbing lions, Maasai giraffes, gazelles, and a rich variety of birdlife. Explore the park’s diverse landscapes, from lush groundwater forests to open grassy plains and the lake itself, teeming with flamingos and other water birds. Enjoy the wildlife sightings until around 1:00 PM, then return to camp for lunch. After lunch, begin the journey back to Arusha. Arrive by approximately 5:00 PM for drop-off at your hotel or a location in town, marking the end of your safari adventure.
