Depart very early in the morning at 05:00 AM from Dar es salaam via Morogoro and Chalinze with picnic lunch on your way then continue with drive to Mikumi NP for 5 or 6 hours. On arrival check in and then advance with full day game drive, game viewing at Mikumi national takes you to the beautiful species of animals and birds. Due to its Savannah plain animals at Mikumi NP are easily accessed and it'll take you 4 to 5 hours to finish a game in Mikumi national park; accommodation will be at Bastian camp.

Maasai Tour then Long drive to Nyerere National Park
After early morning breakfast, visit the traditional Maasai tribe at Mikumi National Park to 08:40 AM then drive to Nyerere National Park, you will have picnic lunch on the way and it takes 7 to 8 hours drive to this great Park in Tanzania. Enjoy the view of most unexplored and untouched areas in Tanzania, then dinner and overnight at African safari camp.

Game drive in Nyerere National Park + amazing boat tour
The day will be spent on game viewing in the Game Reserve soon after breakfast and a boat safari for 2 to 3 hours in the evening. The safari guide will point to you rare species of animals like the Wild Dogs, Sable antelopes, black rhinoceros. Boat Safaris are also the best excursions for bird enthusiast.
The Selous has over 350 bird species, and the river is the place where they congregate in great numbers and are easily seen in the open environment. Picnic lunch and drinks will be served in the wilderness before heading back to camp for dinner and overnight to the gentle grunting of the Camp.

Bush Walk safari then drive to Dar es Salaam
You'll have early morning breakfast at the camp and start a sunrise bush walk with armed bushman. Walking safari is a fantastic way to get close to nature and learn more about the smaller species and the bush itself.
It's an unforgettable experience to walk within such a vast and untamed area of natural reserve. The walks take about 2-3 hours long and usually the walk leaves the camp at 6:00AM-6:30 AM.
After walking back to the camp for breakfast and start your way to Dar Es Salaam.
