Nairobi to Masai Mara journey; into the heart of the wild

Our safari guide will pick you up from the hotel or the airport, and you’ll begin your journey to the Masai Mara National Reserve. Be ready to capture moments throughout the safari. Have a brief stop at the Rift Valley viewpoint, where you can admire sweeping views of Mount Suswa and Mount Longonot. As you drive toward the Mara, the adventure begins early keep watch for grazing impala, giraffes, and with some luck, your very first predator sighting. Upon arrival at the lodge, you’ll receive a warm welcome, settle in, and enjoy lunch. Later in the afternoon, head out for your first official game drive across the vast Mara plains. The reserve offers an incredible abundance of wildlife, making every moment unforgettable. This is your chance to witness natural interactions among animals and search for the Big Five. As the sun sets, return to lodge for a hot shower and a sumptuous dinner. Rest well, tomorrow you will explore the park in depth.

Masai Mara to Nairobi return journey

After breakfast at lodge, begin your drive back to Nairobi, enjoying an en-route game drive as you exit the park. Along the way, you have the unique opportunity to visit a Masai village, where you can interact with the locals, learn about their traditions, culture, and way of life, and experience firsthand the rich heritage of the Masai people. Afterwards, you'll continue with your journey. You will have a stop at Narok town, the largest town of the Masai community, before continuing your journey. Upon arrival in Nairobi, you may choose to have lunch or a snack (at your own expense). Finally, you will be transferred to the airport for your onward flight, to your Nairobi hotel, or any other preferred location, marking the end of your unforgettable Masai Mara safari.
