Arusha to Tarangire National Park Tour

Upon arrival in Arusha, you will be warmly greeted by your guide and transferred to Tarangire National Park (Approx. 120 km, 2 hours travel) with the lunch box en route. Tarangire is renowned for its large herds of elephants and the iconic baobab trees scattered across the park, creating a unique and picturesque landscape. You will embark on a full-day game drive, where you will have the opportunity to see giraffes, zebras, lions, and a variety of bird species. The park's diverse ecosystems-savannahs, wetlands, and woodlands-provide a rich backdrop for wildlife viewing. After an exhilarating day, you will head to Country Lodge in Karatu (Approx. 95.5 km, 2 hours travel), nestled in a tranquil location surrounded by lush landscapes. The lodge offers comfortable accommodations with modern amenities, a welcoming atmosphere, and spectacular views of the surrounding area. You will enjoy a delicious dinner and a restful overnight stay, preparing for the next day's adventures.

Ngorongoro Crater and Drive Back to Arusha

After a fulfilling breakfast at the lodge, you will depart for Ngorongoro Crater (Approx. 50 km, 1hr 30min travel), a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Tanzania’s most stunning natural wonders. Upon arrival, you will descend into the caldera for a thrilling game drive. The Ngorongoro Crater is home to an incredible array of wildlife, including rhinos, elephants, buffaloes, lions, and a variety of bird species, all set within the lush, green floor of the crater. The stunning landscape and the abundant wildlife make this a truly unforgettable experience. After the game drive, you will enjoy a packed lunch in the park before starting your journey back to Arusha (Approx. 190 km, 4 hours travel). Once in Arusha, you will have some time to relax, shop for souvenirs, or reflect on your remarkable safari experience before your departure.
