Day 1

Dar es salaam to Mikumi NP

Dar es salaam to Mikumi NP

Pick up from the Airport, hotel or apartment and drive to Mikumi National Park on the way around Morogoro we will stop at a hotel for lunch then later proceed to Mikumi. Game viewing in the park, animals commonly found Include lion, eland, hartebeest, buffalo, wildebeest, giraffe, zebra and elephants can be seen in packs here. Dinner and overnight will be at Camp Bastian or similar.

Day 2

Mikumi to Ismila stone age

Mikumi to Ismila stone age

After breakfast drive to Iringa Town via Ismila Stone Age Site, this seasonal watercourse has yielded one of the richest collections of Stone Age tools known anywhere in the world. Even if you don’t find archeology particularly alluring, Ismila is still well worth a visit to see the scenic gully, which contains a number of sandstone pillars, carved out by an extinct river. Dinner and overnight will be at Hotel.

After breakfast drive to Ruaha National Park for lunch. In the afternoon game viewing in the park, it will be a half day game drive in the park, which is known to be one of the more natural maintained as well as one of the largest Parks of Africa? Dinner and overnight will be at the Mwagusi safari camp.

Ruaha national park

Morning after breakfast, Walking safari and full day game viewing in the park. The exciting Great Ruaha River features large mbers of hippo and crocodile and attracts lion, leopard, hunting dog and other species such as water buck, impala, giraffe, warthog, eland, zebra and elephants. Grant’s gazelle, ostrich and cheetah may be seen on the plains. All meals will be at the camp/lodge.

Day 5

Iringa To Udzungwa National Park

Iringa To Udzungwa National Park

Early morning sunrise game viewing Ruaha, back to the Camp for breakfast. After breakfast drive to Udzungwa Mountains National Park where will have to see a great green nature found there with different birds and animals with packed lunch. Dinner and overnight will be at camp/lodge.

Day 6

After breakfast, start trekking leads to the spectacular trail up to Sanje waterfalls. From here you will have a view of Kilombero Valley 180m. Back for lunch. In the afternoon drive back to Dar es Salaam.
