Day 3
Materuni Waterfall
Materuni Waterfall
We wake up early and have breakfast. After breakfast begin our journey to the Materuni Waterfalls. This tour offers a distinctly different experience from the safari trip. The hike to the waterfall is a medium-level walk through the plantations, local villagers’ houses, and local pubs. The hiking itself is very refreshing, especially after long hours spent in the car during the safari. Thereafter, the coffee tour provides you with rare and delightful moments with the villagers as they teach you to make local organic coffee using local tools, highly motivational local songs, and even dancing! After that, you will have a freshly made cup of organic coffee with less caffeine and an incredible taste. Lastly, we will have a variety of freshly made local food by the Chagga women before departing for the Airport or accommodation.
