Day 1

Arusha to Tarangire National Park

Arusha to Tarangire National Park

We will pick you up at the airport. This day takes you to Tarangire, the home of elephants. You will definitely see many elephants throughout the park. It is also a great park to spot wild cats like lions, cheetahs and leopards, as well as various herbivores. The game drive will take you up close to the animals. At midday, you will have lunch at the Tarangire River picnic site where small monkeys will try to scare you off your meal.

Day 2

Departure to Serengeti National Park

Departure to Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, we will head to Ngorongoro as it's a transit way to the Serengeti National Park. At Ngorongoro, we will stop at the viewpoint to enjoy the beautiful view and take pictures, then continue on our journey. We will arrive in the afternoon, enjoy our lunch and then head out for an evening game drive. Later, we return to our accommodation at Thorn Tree Camp.

Day 3

Serengeti to Ngorongoro

Serengeti to Ngorongoro

After an early breakfast, we will do a game drive to various parts of the park. We will return to the camp for lunch and pack for our trip back to Ngorongoro. We will spend the night at Ngorongoro Wildlife Lodge which is on the top of the crater rim, ideally situated for an early descent in the morning.

Day 4

The Ngorongoro Crater

The Ngorongoro Crater

After an early breakfast, we will descend the crater on a journey to find the black rhinos. Rhinos are the hardest to spot in the beautiful crater due to this park being a floor crater. After lunch, we will do a game drive and ascend the crater to your accommodation at Country Lodge (near Ngorongoro) to relax.

Day 5

Lake Manyara to Arusha

Lake Manyara to Arusha

After an early breakfast, we will go to Lake Manyara National Park for a game drive where we will view plenty of birds, especially the famous flamingos on the lake. If you're lucky, you will spot the famous tree-climbing lions. We will also visit the hippo pool for a close look at the hippos, as well as the hot springs. During our game drive, we will spot plenty of animals including buffalo, wildebeest, warthog, vulture, eagle, monkey, etc.

After the tour, clients will be returned to their hotels or Kilimanjaro/Arusha airport.
