Your safari begins with a pick-up from your Nairobi hotel or the international airport, followed by a scenic drive southeast to Amboseli National Park, dominated by the towering Mt. Kilimanjaro at 19,340 feet. Famous for its large elephant herds, Amboseli also features Lake Amboseli, wetlands with sulphur springs, and five distinct habitats: open plains, acacia woodland, rocky bush, swamps, and marshes. Arrive at Kibo Safari Camp in time for lunch, then enjoy an afternoon game drive. Return to camp for a hot shower and a delicious dinner. Overnight at Kibo Safari Camp.

Full Day Amboseli Safari - Big Five and Magical Sunset

On your second day in Amboseli, embark on a morning and afternoon game drive at approximately 06:30 and 16:00. Amboseli is a true big-game paradise, home to elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, buffalo, and antelopes. Predators silently stalk the herds, recreating the age-old drama of life and survival under the African sun, amid breathtaking landscapes. Return to Camp at sunset and spend a relaxing evening around the bonfire, sharing stories as you re-live the beautiful wonders of the day. Dinner and overnight at Kibo Safari camp.

Last Glimpses of Amboseli and Return to the City

After breakfast, enjoy a leisurely morning at camp before checking out and embarking on the scenic 4-hour drive back to Nairobi. Upon arrival, you may choose to enjoy lunch at a local restaurant or a light snack (at an additional cost, payable directly). With hearts full of incredible experiences and memories to cherish, your driver will then drop you at Nairobi’s airport or your preferred location, marking the perfect end to your Amboseli adventure.
