Nairobi to Maasai Mara Game Reserve

You will be picked from the Airport or your Nairobi Hotel and proceed to Masai Mara National Reserve. It holds on as one of the few places left on earth where wildlife still lives comparatively undisturbed, in the numbers that once roamed the plains and forests of Africa. As the northern tip of the vast Serengeti ecosystem, the Mara hosts the spectacular seasonal migration of many thousands of wildebeest, zebras and attendant predators. You will arrive in time for lunch and then have an afternoon game drive. Overnight and all meals at Zebra Plains Mara Camp.

Maasai Mara National Reserve

After breakfast, we'll have a full-day game drives, with packed lunch provided. The reserve is well known for its black-maned lions, as well as its abundant resident wildlife. Its one of the few places where it's possible to see the Big Five during a morning game drive. Many of the cheetahs are so tame they seek shelter from the hot sun under one's vehicle and several even climb onto the roof to get a better view of prospective prey. For the bird enthusiast, almost 500 species have been recorded: among these 16 species of eagle, many hawks and falcons, 6 species of vultures, 8 species of storks, 4 of bustard (including the kori bustard, the world's heaviest flying bird), and 9 species of sunbirds.
All meals and overnight at Zebra Plains Mara Camp.

Optional Activities: Balloon Safari over the Mara plains or visit a traditional Masai Village (at an extra cost).

Early breakfast then depart with packed Lunches and drive to Isibania Border (Kenya & Tanzania Border) You will stamp your passports and exchange Driver guide and proceed to Northern Serengeti National Park with enroute Game drive.

Serengeti National Park to Ngorongoro Crater

After an early breakfast depart from the Lodge, Descend to the floor of the crater for game viewing drives. Often described as the ‘Eighth’ wonder of the World, the Ngorongoro crater is so spectacular, a natural sanctuary for over 25,000 animals, including the black rhino. It is also a conservation area inhabited by the Masai Community. Picnic lunch will be served at one of the designated picnic sites on the crater floor.
As the sun sets on the western side of the crater rim, ascend and drive to the Lodge to arrive in time to refresh for dinner.

Tarangire National Park

Tarangire National Park, well known for its large elephant herds, is also host to a multitude of other creatures. From the open roof of our state-of-the-art safari jeep, we experience the seasonal swamps, savanna and life-giving Tarangire River, endeavoring to encounter a multitude of creatures, from zebra to wildebeest, buffalo, elephant, and giraffe, to name a few. It is possible we will glimpse lion stalking prey or leopards watching, relaxing in the trees above.
After our extensive game drive experiencing the varied sights and sounds of the wilderness, we drive to the Lodge.

After breakfast depart to the Maasai Village, immerse yourself in a cultural experience as you meet, interact with local communities at the Maasai Bomas and learn their way of life. You will then be transferred to Arusha have Lunch and be dropped at the Arusha Airport for your scheduled flight to Zanzibar for your three days of relaxation.

You will be met at the Zanzibar Airport and transferred to Bluebay' Beach Resort.
