Nairobi - Lake Nakuru National Park - Mbweha Safari Camp
Depart from Nairobi in the morning at 08h00 along the floor of the Great Rift Valley to Lake Nakuru National Park. You will arrive in time for lunch at the Lake Nakuru Sopa Lodge. The park is Kenya’s first rhino sanctuary and has one of the largest concentrations of black rhinoceros in the world as well as a large population of white rhinos. Also of interest is an area fenced off as a sanctuary to protect Rothschild's giraffes.
Among the predators are lions and leopards as well as large pythons hiding in the dense woodlands which may occasionally be seen crossing roads or dangling from trees. Other game includes Thomson’s and Grant's gazelle, the long-eared leaf-nosed bat, colobus monkey, rock hyrax, hippo, waterbuck, impala, striped hyena, bat-eared fox, wildcat, reedbuck and golden cat.

Masai Mara National Reserve - Tipilikwani Mara Camp
Spend the full day exploring the park in search of the Big 5. An optional hot-air balloon safari can be arranged at an extra cost of US$500 per person.
The Mara offers wildlife in such variety and abundance that it is difficult to believe that over 450 species of animals have been recorded here. You will easily see lions, rhinos, hippos, crocodiles, giraffes, wildebeests, zebras, buffalos, warthogs, hyenas, jackals, wild dogs, leopards, elephants and many kinds of antelopes. In the Mara, the most spectacular event of the natural world takes place. This is the annual migration of millions of wildebeest and zebra from the Serengeti in Tanzania in search of water and pasture. Following on their heels are the predators of the savannah; lion, cheetah, wild dog, jackal, hyena, and vultures.
Go on an optional visit to a local Maasai village at a cost of US$25 per person (not included in the price). All meals and overnight at Tipilikwani Mara Camp.
