Day 1

Early in the morning at 07:00 am, you will be picked up from your hotel in Arusha town and driven to the Ngorongoro Crater. This day trip will give you the opportunity to visit the world-famous Ngorongoro Crater, nicknamed the Eighth Wonder of the World. The crater is the world’s largest unbroken caldera which hosts varieties of animals including the rare black rhino.

Once you have reached the Ngorongoro gate, located approximately 200km outside of Arusha town, you will descend into the crater for a 8-hour game drive. You will break for lunch at the Ngoitokok Swamp, a hippo pool. In this idyllic picnic spot, you get the opportunity to take in and photograph the beautiful landscape that surrounds you. Later in the afternoon, you drive to Rhino Lodge for dinner and overnight on a full-board basis.

Day 2

Early in the morning, drive to Serengeti National Park. During the visit to Serengeti, it is likely that you will witness the African Big 5. Other wildlife species you can expect to see include oribi, cheetah, jackal, zebra, wildebeest, hippopotamus, crocodile, giraffe, cheetah, eland, and many more. By evening, your camera will surely be full of various and great wildlife photos. After witnessing the African sunset, you will be driven back to the tented camp where you will have dinner and overnight at Osinon Tented Camp on a full-board basis.

This is the last day of this amazing tour. On this day, you will depart the lodge for a game drive around the crater floor until midday. Later, you will have meals around the hippo pool and afterward, you will be driven to Arusha to mark the end of this wonderful adventure.
