Pick-up from your hotel in Arusha will be early in the morning (around 8:00 AM), and we will start our safari by transferring to Serengeti National Park via the Ngorongoro area.

Who hasn’t heard of Serengeti? It’s the most desirable and ultimate safari experience. The “land of endless plains”, since it covers an area of 14,760 sq km, is divided roughly into short grass and woodland areas. It’s the land of the nomadic community and is also known for its wildlife density and the annual wildebeest migration.

Don’t miss the opportunity to live this experience. Have lunch inside the park and an afternoon game drive, then return to the lodge.

Serengeti National Park - Ngorongoro Highlands

You will have an early morning game drive in Central Serengeti National Park, and in the afternoon, transfer to Arusha, passing through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. It has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1979. Ngorongoro covers 8,200 sq km, and it is part and parcel of the broader Serengeti ecosystem. It is often called the 8th Wonder of the World since it has it all - stunning landscapes, high wildlife density, and a human community (Maasai), co-existing in perfect harmony with the wildlife. After watching the sunset, you will be transferred to the lodge.

Ngorongoro Crater

Early in the morning, transfer to Ngorongoro Crater and descend to the crater floor. The Ngorongoro Crater is the world’s largest inactive, intact and unfilled volcanic caldera. The crater was voted one of the Seven Natural Wonders of Africa in 2013 and listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Approximately 30,000 animals live in the crater. This is one of the few places in Africa where guests stand a great chance of seeing the entire Big Five in the course of a single game drive. Enjoy lunch and a game drive inside the crater.

After lunch, you will have a game drive, then transfer to Arusha in the evening.
