The shuttle bus departs each day from OR Tambo International Airport in Johannesburg by 7:00 am.

It’s a 5- to 6-hour drive from Johannesburg to Imbali Safari Lodge in the Kruger National Park. We'll take the scenic route through the historic towns of the Panorama Route and to the town of Hoedspruit with scheduled stops for bathroom breaks and leg stretches.

Arrive at mid-day in the Mluwati Concession and book into Imbali Safari Lodge. Enjoy a light meal and freshen up before departing late in the afternoon for a game drive in an open safari vehicle. Enjoy sundowners at a special vantage point.

A 3-course dinner will be served under the stars at the outdoor boma at Imbali Safari Lodge (weather dependent).

Enjoy a glorious day relaxing at the camp; sandwiched between an early morning and late afternoon game drive with sundowners at a special vantage point.

Safaris are conducted on the private Mluwati Concession with unlimited access to the public roads of the Kruger National Park. A professional game ranger and expert tracker takes you around in an open safari vehicle.

Tea and coffee before you depart for the sunrise game drive then have a light informal brunch back at Imbali Safari Lodge. Have an afternoon of relaxation before departing for the evening game drive; sundowners at a special vantage point and a delicious 3-course dinner under the stars in the outdoor boma.

Wake up early for tea and coffee then depart for a sunrise safari tour of the Mluwati Concession. Enjoy a light breakfast back at Imbali Safari Lodge before checking out of your chalet.

You’ll be driven to Hoedspruit mid-morning to catch the shuttle bus back to OR Tambo International Airport in Johannesburg.

Arrive in Johannesburg between 5:30 pm and 6:00 pm, depending on traffic.
