Day 1

• Morning drive to Lake Naivasha
• Have a brief stopover at the viewpoint on the Escarpment to have a panoramic view of the Great Rift Valley. The Rift Valley starts from Jordan in the Middle East, cuts Kenya into two halves, and ends in Mozambique in South Africa, approximately 7,000 km (4,300 miles)
• Check in at Lake Oliaden Resort
• Proceed to Hell’s Gate National Park to view rock formations and the gorges. This is where films like The Lion King and Tom Raiders have been acted due to their inspiring gorges. You will do a guided tour at the rim of the gorge
• Lunch at Lake Oliaden Resort
• Take a boat ride in the afternoon, you will have a close encounter with hippos and have a good opportunity to do bird watching among the birds you will see is a fish eagle
• Dinner and overnight at Lake Oliaden Resort
• All meals are included.

Day 2

Lake Nakuru National Park

• After breakfast at Lake Oliaden Resort, drive to Lake Nakuru National Park with packed lunch
• Full-day game viewing drive in Lake Nakuru around the lake
• Lake Nakuru National Park is popular for the huge number of birds that have been observed here particularly the flamingos in their thousands. There are also white pelicans, marabou stork, common snipe, and Egyptian goose among others
• Lake Nakuru is a Rhino Sanctuary and harbors both black and white rhinos
• The endangered Rothschild’s giraffes are found here in huge numbers
• Late in the afternoon drive back to Lake Naivasha arriving in good time to freshen up for dinner
• Dinner and overnight at Lake Oliaden Resort
