Day 1

Arusha to Tarangire National Park

After breakfast, your safari begins with a drive from Arusha to Tarangire National Park, approximately 2–3 hours away.
Tarangire is renowned for its large concentration of elephants and ancient baobab trees that dominate the landscape. During your game drive, you will explore areas along the Tarangire River, where wildlife gathers, especially in the dry season.
Expect to see elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, and a wide variety of bird species. Enjoy a picnic lunch inside the park, surrounded by nature.
In the late afternoon, exit the park and drive to Karatu for relaxation, dinner, and overnight.

After an early breakfast, depart for Serengeti National Park via the scenic Ngorongoro Conservation Area.
This journey is one of the highlights of the safari, offering spectacular views of the Ngorongoro Highlands, Maasai villages, and vast open plains. As you descend into the Serengeti, the landscape transforms into endless savannah.
Upon arrival, begin your game drive, with chances to spot lions, cheetahs, elephants, and large herds of grazers. Continue with a game drive en route to your camp.

After breakfast, enjoy a morning game drive in the Serengeti, when wildlife is most active. Your guide will take you to prime locations for predator sightings, including lions, leopards, and cheetahs.
After the game drive, depart the Serengeti and head towards the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. The drive offers beautiful scenery as you ascend into the cooler highlands.
Arrive at your lodge in the Ngorongoro Highlands in the late afternoon, where you can relax and enjoy panoramic views.

After an early breakfast, descend 600 meters into the spectacular Ngorongoro Crater for a half-day game drive.
The crater is one of the best places in Africa to see the Big Five in a single day. Its unique ecosystem supports a dense population of wildlife, including lions, elephants, buffaloes, zebras, hippos, and the endangered black rhino.
Enjoy a picnic lunch near the hippo pool before ascending the crater walls. Afterward, begin your drive back to Arusha or transfer to the airport for your departure.
