3-Day Experience the Beauty of Camping in Nyerere NP

Dar Es Salaam to Nyerere National Park

Early in the morning, our guide will collect you from the hotel. After breakfast, you will start the safari to Nyerere National Park with our guide. It is a drive of about three to four hours. You will have a hot lunch after which you will rest until 4 pm. You will then go on a boat trip from where you will experience the beauty of the Rufiji riverbank, crocodiles, hippopotamus, and beautiful aquatic birds. At 6:30 pm, you will return to the camp for a hot shower, dinner, and an overnight stay.

Full-day game drive

At the early morning wake-up call, you will pack your breakfast and lunch boxes and proceed on the game drive. Drive to the picnic site for breakfast and continue with your game drive. You will have a stop for lunch and then again continue with the game drive until the evening. Head to the park's exit gate and proceed to the camp for a shower, dinner, and overnight.

Nyerere National Park to Dar Es Salaam

Wake up early in the morning and have a coffee before going for a walking safari with an experienced guide. You will see and learn about things you may have missed on the game drives, such as footprints, insects, and some ground-nesting birds. After the 2 and a half hours walking safari, you will drive back at around 08:30 am for breakfast. Pack your belongings and then drive back to Dar es Salaam where the driver will drop you off at your hotel or the airport.
