Day 1

On arrival in Tanzania, you will be transferred to the hotel by our Nature in Spirit Travel guide, where you will stay in a charming atmosphere and enjoy every comfort you need. As you overland to Arusha, a drive of 1.5 hours, you will see locals going about their daily activities alongside the road. Do not be shy to ask your driver guide to stop the vehicle for you to experience anything interesting happening along the road. As you get to the hotel, you will check in, get settled, rest, and get ready to start your adventure the following day.

Day 2

Lake Manyara National Park / Mto wa Mbu Village Walk

Today's expedition starts after breakfast as you depart the hotel at 7:30am to Mto wa Mbu village to witness some of the local cultural activities, visit the local farmers and go through the rice and banana plantations, or enjoy a coffee-making activity. You can also choose to go bike riding through the village!

You will have a hot lunch at Mto wa Mbu and taste Tanzania's local dishes in one of the restaurants. After lunch, head to Lake Manyara National Park, which offers scenic woodland, grassland, and swamps. Though small, this national park is among the most beautiful places in Tanzania, with lush green vegetation. The massive congregation of flamingoes and various other bird species is one of the park's highlights.

With the guidance of the driver guide, it would not be uncommon to spot tree-climbing lions on the branches of the trees.

At around 4:00pm, you will head to Kudu Lodge for check-in and have a drink at the bar while waiting for dinner.

After breakfast, at 8:00am, we set off for a long scenic drive to Serengeti National Park. Serengeti National Park is known for its famous wildebeest migration and a large concentration of wildlife.

On the way to Serengeti National Park, you will have an en route game viewing in Tanzania's oldest national park and UNESCO World Heritage Site, as this route is famous for spectacular wildlife spottings. You will have a hot picnic lunch in the Serengeti wilderness while enjoying scenic views of this award-winning endless plain.

You will then proceed to Tanzania Bush Camps Central Serengeti and get there on time for a sundowner, a truly captivating view that safari-goers like.

Day 4

Serengeti National Park

Serengeti National Park

Early in the morning, at 6:00am, have tea or coffee before you depart at 6:30am for a morning game drive. The World Travel Awards recently crowned Serengeti National Park as the best national park in Africa!

You will have breakfast in the bush as you see the beautiful golden-colored sunrise. As you continue the game drive after breakfast, you will relish the sight of many resident wildlife in this park. Serengeti is also primed for its great migration of more than 2 million wildebeest, zebras, and impalas annually, attracting thousands of carnivores. This is, without doubt, the largest migration of land animals on Earth.

You will return to camp for lunch and rest before heading out again at 3:00pm for an afternoon game drive. You will be able to see a large number of wildlife during this game drive.

Late afternoon at around 5:00pm, you will enjoy the sunset while driving back to the camp, have time to shower, and relax around the campfire before dinner.

After breakfast, at 7:00am, depart the camp and tour the heart of Serengeti National Park, especially the Southern Serengeti National Park, as you find your way to Ngorongoro Conservation Area. The Ngorongoro Conservation Area proves that wildlife and humans can co-exist in harmony.

When you reach Ngorongoro Crater, you will descend 600m into the world’s largest inactive caldera. You will have lunch at a designated picnic site in the wild and then proceed with a game drive until late afternoon.

Considered one of the most beautiful places of all time, the Ngorongoro Crater is famously referred to as the Garden of Eden. You will voyage in this wildlife sanctuary searching for wildlife such as elephants, African buffalo, black rhinoceros, lions, wildebeests, elands, zebras, hippopotami, and blue monkeys. Leopards and cheetahs can also be spotted, although uncommon in the crater.

In the late afternoon, at 5:00pm, you will drive to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

After breakfast, enjoy your last moments in Tanzania's Northern Circuit as you drive back to Arusha. On the way to Arusha, you will have a chance to learn and discover as you pass through some local villages. You will get to Arusha in time for lunch. After lunch, you will be transferred to Kilimanjaro International Airport to catch your flight back home.
