Day 1

After being picked up from the airport you’ll depart for Amboseli National Park, passing small towns and villages along the way. You’ll arrive in time for check-in and lunch. Amboseli is well known for its large herds of elephants and its view of Mount Kilimanjaro—the highest mountain in Africa. After lunch you’ll embark on an afternoon game drive until sunset. Dinner and your overnight stay will be at the camp.

Day 2

You’ll start the day with an early morning game drive. At mid-morning you’ll return to your camp for breakfast and relaxation. After lunch you’ll embark on an afternoon game drive until the evening. If you’re lucky you’ll spot big cats, buffaloes, rhinos, elephants, and many other wild game and bird species. You may opt for a full day of game viewing drive with a picnic lunch. Dinner and your overnight stay will be at the camp.

Day 3

Amboseli - Lake Nakuru

Amboseli - Lake Nakuru

After breakfast you’ll drive to Lake Nakuru National Park at the foot of The Great Rift Valley. You’ll arrive in time for check in and lunch at Lake Nakuru Lodge. Lake Nakuru is well known for its large population of lesser and greater flamingos and a good concentration of wild game. The park is rich in birdlife, with over 400 bird species in an area of 188 square kilometers. After lunch you’ll go on an afternoon game drive within the park. If you’re lucky you’ll spot four of the “Big Five” species found here—lion, leopard, buffalo, and rhino.

Lake Nakuru - Masai Mara

Today we’ll make our way through the central highlands and lush tea plantations to the floor of the Great Rift Valley. You’ll stop for a brief photo session and magnificent views of the valley floor before making your way to the camp in time for check-in. After lunch you’ll go on a game drive until sundown. Dinner and your overnight stay will be at the camp.

After breakfast you will embark on a full day game drive along the vast plains of the Masai Mara with a picnic lunch in hand. The Mara is an all-year destination characterized by rolling plains of grassland savannah and a high concentration of game. You will have a chance to spot lions, elephants, rhinos, leopards, hyenas, buffaloes, antelopes, baboons, and a wide variety of wild birds. In the evening you’ll return to the camp for dinner and your overnight stay.
