The park is renowned for its vast baobab trees, and tree-climbing python, and is home to a larger heard of African elephants compared to any other reserve. Although small in size, the park boasts a significant concentration of wildlife, rivaled only by Ngorongoro. After an extensive game drive, return to Fig lodge & campsite for a delectable dinner and a comfortable overnight stay.

Day 2

Tarangire To Serengeti National Park

After a hearty breakfast, prepare for a scenic 6-hour drive from Tarangire to Serengeti, passing through the stunning Ngorongoro Conservation Area. En route, we'll make a stop at the viewpoint to witness the breathtaking beauty of the crater for about 20 minutes. There on after we will proceed with game until reach Serengeti national, where in the afternoon you will back to your camp for overnight stay and relax.

Serengeti National Park is enormous, covering an area of 14,750 square kilometers (5,700 square miles). It is renowned for the annual migration of over 1.5 million wildebeest and 250,000 zebras. Our focus will be on Seronera, located at the heart of the park.

Upon arrival, you'll indulge in a delicious lunch before embarking on a thrilling game drive in Seronera, which will last till late evening. Watch the sunset over the Serengeti while getting up close with the wild animals.

Start your day with an early breakfast and embark on an exciting journey to spot the elusive rhino on the crater floor. The rhino is one of the most challenging animals to spot in this magnificent crater, as other animals are comparatively more visible. Descend the crater at 6:15 am for an unforgettable safari adventure, be aware that most of animal are more active in the morning than other time.

After a satisfying lunch, you can continue your exploration of the crater through an exhilarating game drive before ascending to the crater pack. The trip back to your hotel in Arusha or the airport (in case of a late flight) will be filled with awe-inspiring vistas.
