Day 1

Nairobi to Amboseli National Park

You will be picked very early in the morning from your hotel in Nairobi or the airport and have brief introduction to your driver guide and about the safari. Depart Nairobi in the morning and travel through the open landscapes of Maasai country toward Amboseli. Arrive at your lodge or camp in time for lunch, followed by some time to relax and take in the sweeping views of Mount Kilimanjaro. In the afternoon, head out for your first game drive, exploring the park’s plains, marshes, and woodlands. Amboseli is famous for its large elephant families, but you’ll also encounter zebras, giraffes, buffaloes, hyenas, and a variety of birdlife. Return to your lodge for dinner and a peaceful evening surrounded by nature.

Day 2

Morning Game Drive & Return to Nairobi

Start your day with an early morning game drive when the skies are often clear and Kilimanjaro stands out in full view. This is the best time to photograph elephants against the mountain backdrop and spot predators as they finish their night’s hunt. After breakfast, check out and begin your journey back to Nairobi, arriving in the afternoon. Your safari concludes with a drop‑off at your hotel in Nairobi or the airport for your flight back home.
