Nairobi - Naivasha - Masai Mara

Our safari representative will pick you up at the hotel at 0700hrs and depart to Masai Mara at 0715hrs via Naivasha. Have a stopover at the rift valley viewpoint. Arrive at Hell’s gate national park for a walking game drive with an option of cycling in the park. Later on, head to lake Naivasha for a boat ride with an option of visiting the crescent island. Have hot lunch and depart to Masai mara national reserve for an afternoon game drive up. Later on, head to the camp for check in and rest. Dinner and overnight at the camp.

Masai Mara

After breakfast, leave for a full day game drive carrying packed picnic lunch: The reserve is well known for its black-manned lion and is one of the few places where you have the chance to see the “Big 5” during an early morning game drive. Many of the cheetahs are so tame they seek shelter from the hot sun under safari vehicles and several even climb onto the roof to get a better view of prospective prey. For the bird enthusiast, almost 500 species have been recorded: among these include 16 species of eagle, plus many hawks and falcon, 6 species of vulture, 8 species of stork, 4 of bustard, and 9 species of sunbird. Dinner and overnight at the camp.
